Dr. Tamás Balázs, partner attorney of our Law Firm presented in English language the M & A transactions and the rules of regulating civil law relations of the members of a company. |
| 18 October 2011 | International conference on „Investment opportunities in the construction sector in Hungary and Poland”, organised in Barcelona by the Foment del Treball Nacional (Organisation of Entrepreneurs of Catalunia), the Hungarian Embassy of Madrid and the Polish Embassy of Madrid, together with Tebodin Hungary Kft. and Baker Tilly Hungária Kft. At the conference, Dr. Tamás Balázs, partner attorney of our Law Firm gave a presentation in Spanish language on „Legal review of the Hungarian construction sector”. From our Law Firm, Dr. Dóra Holló partner attorney presented in English language the main current investment projects in Hungary. |
| 08 June 2011 | International Conference in Madrid an „The investment opportunities in the building sector in Hungary and in Poland” organised by the Embassy of Hungary, the Embassy of Poland, the Spanish Confederation of Building Contractors and the Spanish Confederation of Industrial Entrepreneurs in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Spain. Our Law Firm was represented by Dr. Tamás Balázs attorney at law who gave a presentation in Spanish on the essential legal conditions of construction and real estate investments in Hungary, with special regard to greenfield investments and on the relation between the Hungarian construction law and the FIDIC-contracts. The other speech by of Office was held by Dr. Dóra Holló attorney at law in English on the subsidies available in Hungary as provide by the Hungarian government and/or the European Union in the building sector. |
